A successful fishing trip is based on knowledge of; sea trout biology, selecting the right fishing spots depending on the season and making the right choice of bait whether you are fishing with fly or spin gear.

I spend several hundred hours on the coast every year and is therefore always up to date with the sea trout fishing on Zealand. I have more than 30 years of experience of fishing as well as being a certified fishing guide.

Fishing Guide Denmark is based on Zealand, but we also offer guiding on Funen, Jutland and Southern Sweden.

On the day of fishing:


- We meet on agreed time and location.
- We will visit different fishing spots depending on time of the year, as well as wind and weather in the selected area.
- I will guide you to several different fishing locations - unless you decide to stay in one selected spot.
- I will also give you my tips and tricks to other fishing spots in the area.
- For optimizing your chances of success, it is important to learn how to find the right fishing spots. I can teach you doing just that.
- I will teach you effective fishing techniques and how to select your flies/lures.
- After a day with me, you will be ready to continue fishing on your own the following days.
- After our fishing trip together, you are more than welcome to call or email me with questions or to ask for more information about other fishing spots.
- Please have in mind that all anglers (age 18-66 years) need to buy a national fishing license due to Danish law. You can buy it online here. Should you need any guidance regarding this I am happy to help.

Before the day of fishing:


- A few days in advance you will receive an email describing what gear and clothes you need to bring on the day of fishing.
- We will also agree on the exact time and place to meet. Reason for that is to be as updated with the weather forecast as possible.
- Fishing gear can be rented beforehand to a limited extend.
